Jabalpur Police arrested a woman named Pooja Prakash for honeytrapping and blackmailing real-estate businessman Sarthak Singh. Following Sarthak's complaint, police set a trap and caught Pooja as she took ₹2.5 lakh from him at a hotel. Sarthak claimed he met Pooja at a dance program in October 2025, and she threatened to falsely accuse him of rape, demanding ₹20 lakh. They negotiated the amount down to ₹7 lakh. Police also discovered Pooja was pressuring Sarthak to divorce his wife and marry her. She is now in custody, and the investigation continues.
